Do you charge for a first consultation?
No — the first conversation and the first sketch are free. Fees only begin once you approve a direction.
How far ahead should we plan?
Two to three months ahead is comfortable for most journeys. Peak seasons fill earlier, and we can often help at shorter notice — just ask.
What happens after I request an itinerary?
A named planner reads your request, reaches out to talk it through, and sends a first written sketch for you to react to. Nothing is booked until you approve a direction.
What if plans change mid-trip?
Your planner and the on-trip line stay reachable throughout. We rebook, reroute and rearrange on your behalf wherever it can be done.
