Culinary & Wine Experiences
Eat where the locals eat, and meet the people behind the plate. We build food and wine days around markets, kitchens, cellars and long tables.
THE SHORT VERSION
If you read nothing else.
Private dining and chef tables worth the detour.
Market walks, cooking classes and tastings with local hosts.
Vineyard and producer visits with proper access.
Dietary needs handled quietly in advance.
Everything below is the long version.
IN DEPTH
The service in depth
Food is one of the quickest ways to understand a place. A morning in a market, an afternoon in a family kitchen and an evening at a long table tell you more about a region than any sightseeing list. We build culinary days around the people who grow, cook and pour the things you will taste.
Our approach is generous rather than fussy. We look for honest, memorable food and drink, from a village trattoria to a chef’s table, and we introduce you to hosts who enjoy sharing what they know.
What we actually do
We arrange private dining, food walks, cooking classes, tastings, vineyard and producer visits, and regional culinary journeys. Timings, access and menus are agreed in advance, and dietary needs and preferences are handled quietly so nothing interrupts the meal.
Private dining, chef tables and long lunches worth the detour
Market walks, cooking classes and regional food tours with local hosts
Wine tastings, cellar visits and vineyard lunches with proper access
Allergies, dietary needs and preferences managed before you sit down
What you receive
A tasting plan for each stop with venues, timings, hosts and notes on what to expect, plus reservations confirmed in advance. If you find a place you love, we help you return or arrange something similar at the next stop.
What we will push back on
Restaurants chosen only because they are famous. Tasting menus on the night you arrive exhausted. Back-to-back food stops that leave no appetite. We will pace the experiences so that every meal is enjoyed.
Who it suits
Couples, friends and families who love to eat, cook and drink well, and who see a meal as a reason to travel rather than a break from it.
